Requirements: Applicant must hold a loan officers license and have at least one (1) year of experience originating residential loan applications.

A candidate must have (1) thorough knowledge of conventional (conforming and non-conforming) loan products, (2) the proven ability to generate fundings each month, and (3) thorough knowledge of the pricing of all loan products and of pre-qualification principles and practices.

They must also have excellent communication, organizational, presentation and teamwork skills along with the ability to work flexible hours.

Our Title and Closing Affiliate (Hurst & Associates) is looking for escrow officers to conduct residential real estate closings on a part time basis. Closings will be conducted at one of our offices in Houston or at our clients home/office. We pay $75 per closing (closings last approximately one hour). Additional compensation will be provided for experienced escrow officers with their own book of business. There is no fixed work schedule. An ideal candidate will not mind closing transitions during work hours, evenings, or even weekends. Training will be provided.
