Dat Nguyen - Mr. Nguyen is AgsReward.com's VP of Marketing. Education: Mr. Nguyen holds a degree in Agriculture from Texas A&M University, Class of 1998. Experience: Mr. Nguyen is an All-American from Texas A&M University and was an NFL All-Pro for the Dallas Cowboys for seven seasons. He is an Honorary Co-chair for the American Heart Association Heartwalk, Co-chair of the Vietnamese American National Gala, Chair of Athlete in Action, and serves on the Board of Texas A&M University Press. Mr. Nguyen has received numerous awards including the Bednarik and Lombardi Awards.

Jay Hurst – Mr. Hurst co-founded AgsReward.com. Education: Mr. Hurst holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University, Class of 2000. Experience: Mr. Hurst is a Mortgage Banker, Real Estate Agent, and Financial Planner. Mr. Hurst is the founder and President of Advanced Educators Financial LLC, a financial planning firm focused on the education marketplace.

Scott Bialek – Mr. Bialek co-founded AgsReward.com and Property Crossing (the parent company of AgsReward.com). Education: Mr. Bialek holds a J.D. from St. Mary's School of Law and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin (every company needs at least one T-Sipper lawyer...at least he was smart enough to marry an Aggie). Experience: Mr. Bialek is a licensed Attorney, Mortgage Banker, Real Estate Broker and Insurance Agent and has held senior positions at Dell Computer Corporation and USAA.

Terry Amacher – Mr. Amacher co-founded Property Crossing (the parent company of AgsReward.com). Education: Mr. Amacher graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, Class of 1993. Experience: Mr. Amacher is a Mortgage Banker, Real Estate Broker, and founder of a technology consulting firm that has held contracts with such companies as Nortel Networks, Sprint PCS, MCI, and Alcatel.

Sonja Zadel – Ms. Zadel is a senior manager in our Loan Processing Department. Education: Ms. Zadel holds a B.A. from Texas A&M University, Class of 1993. Experience: Ms. Zadel is a licensed Loan Officer and Real Estate Agent and worked in management for The Limited and Kelly Services prior to joining our organization.

Suzan Holmes – Ms. Holmes is a senior finance manager for our mortgage and real estate operations. Education: Ms. Holmes holds a BBA from Texas A&M University, Class of 1993. Experience: Ms. Holmes is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Loan Officer, and CPA.

Terri Gale – Ms. Gale manages our Loan Processing Department and is our most senior Loan Officer. Education: Ms. Gale attended the University of North Texas. Experience: Ms. Gale is a licensed Loan Officer and has worked for our organization for the past 9 years.

Jennifer Hurst-Bialek – Ms. Hurst-Bialek is responsible for starting our title and closing affiliate. Education: Ms. Hurst-Bialek holds a J. D. from the University of Houston School of Law and a B.A. from Texas A&M University (Magna Cum Laude), Class of 1994. Experience: Ms. Hurst-Bialek is a licensed Attorney and has held legal positions at the Highest Criminal Court in the State of Texas – the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, the Attorney General's Office, the 4th Court of Appeals, and the 10th Court of Appeals.
